Sewer
The Sewer District holds 187 active accounts. The Town Clerk serves as the Sewer Billing Clerk. The Highway Town Supervisor is responsible for Sewer maintenance management.
- Billing is quarterly. The rate is currently $115 per Quarter. Bills are sent out in January, April, July, and October. Checks can be made out to the Pavilion Sewer District. If payment is not received by the indicated due date, a $20 late fee is applied per quarter.
- Balances of 4th quarter of previous year, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd quarter of current year must be paid in full by October 15th. Account balances will be relevied thru the parcels tax bill.
