Town Clerk
Stacy Halsted, our Town Clerk, served as the Deputy Town Clerk for a little over a year. On August 1, 2025, Stacy was appointed Town Clerk. Shortly thereafter, Stacy was elected for the 2026 term. The Town Clerk also serves as the Financial Typist, Sewer Clerk, Registrar of Vital Statistics and the Tax Collector.

When I purchased my home in 2016, I instantly fell in love with Pavilion. Everything from the sense of community to the beauty the land in Pavilion has to offer to the small-town charm. I am honored to serve as the Town Clerk and to raise my children in such an amazing town.
